Furnished Room in Cremorne in a family home

Available now to 13 December for $400/week bills included.

The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table, lamps, rug, reclining armchair, wardrobe and desk.

Our family home is in Cremorne, a 7-minute walk to Cremorne junction with easy access to buses to the city (15 minutes), North Sydney (10 minutes) or Manly/northern beaches. Shops, Coles and Cremorne Orpheum cinema are all nearby.

We are renting our front bedroom with almost exclusive access to the ground floor bathroom that we rarely use. On the same level is the kitchen, family room, TV room and large veranda looking into the garden. There is unrestricted street parking available.

My husband and I are in our early 50s, our sons study overseas and we work full time in the city. Our own bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor so it’s very private. We’re active people always out and about.

We have a 10 year old dog, a Golden Retriever who is super chilled and not allowed in bedrooms.

Room is best suited for students or young professionals. We are dual French-Australian nationals and lived in London for several years so a connection to Europe/UK is welcome.

It is a non-smoking home where we like to keep things tidy.

From 13 December to mid January our sons will be home and therefore we will be not be renting this bedroom. We will make the room available again from mid January for 6+months.
