Bedroom is at the back of the property overlooking the courtyard so has a great leafy outlook and has large fitted wardrobe space plus built in cupboard. My lovely housemate of 5 years is moving back overseas. The room is bright, airy, clean and calm. Am using 3rd bedroom as office/guest room. Has Queen size bed plus large chest of drawers and bedside etc. Although if you prefer to bring your own bedroom furniture that's no problem.

About occupants
I work in the Recruitment industry and do work from home several days. Love travel, restaurants, socialising, cooking at home, avid interest in TV & Film as used to work in the industry. Open and transparent about everything. This is a lovely, roomy and comfortable home with a nice vibe and I keep it clean and tidy, although tidy sometimes comes second to clean. If both working crazy hours happy to consider sharing a cleaner.

Just someone who's easy to get along with. Respectful of each other’s own space and shares taking the recycling out :). Open, genuine and with a good sense of humour. I enjoy a Netflix binge, cook quite a lot, travel, and if having friends over very happy to include you in the mix if you are around. Am hoping to find a flatmate who is social but not a party animal, enjoys sharing a glass of wine and a meal sometimes, enjoy a good laugh, going to a movie and the odd shopping trip; I work in corporate and will work from home a couple of days a week but don’t tend to use the study preferring to use the dining table. Happy to have to occasional friend to visit and stay. Want a flatmate who considers this as "home" not just a room.
