Hello, if you are looking for a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Cremorne and being woken up by kookaburras, then this apartment is for you. It backs onto a nature reserve which is teaming with bird life.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you could want including a grand piano. There is no need for you to share in the housework - you just need to keep your own room clean.

It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for North Sydney and city buses and a 7-8 minute walk to Military Rd where there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, buses to many locations including all beaches and the famous Orpheum cinema.

There are currently 2 of us in the apartment - one male and one female so I don't mind if the new person is male or female.
