Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, and your window! Less than 10 mins walk to the wharf/corso and 2 minutes to Delwood/Fairlight beach.

Short term rental available from July 11 to August 16th. Happy to consider shorter term stays (1 week minimum) or the full 5 weeks. You will be sharing the flat with 2 of my lovely flatmates (late 20s and 30s ocean lovers and runners). Both work from the office minimum 3 days a week and typically work from home Mondays and Fridays.
