We're looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom apartment. The room is available from 1st July 2026 onwards.
A comfortable 3-bedroom apartment across the road from Fairlight shops. Third-floor apartment in a security locked building with great views down to Sydney harbour showing South Head. Features a fully-equipped separated kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove, a modern bathroom, and internal laundry area with washing machine. A dryer is located in a separate building out the back. High ceilings throughout make the apartment feel very spacious.
By far the best feature of the apartment is it's location which is within a one minute walk of cafes, restaurant, pharmacy, local grocery store and bottle shop. Less than 10 minutes walk down to Manly Corso or Wharf and less than 5 minutes walk down to Fairlight beach and the Spit-to-Manly walking track. A bus stop is metres from the front door of the building for bus services to the city and Chatswood. On-street parking overnight in quiet lane behind the property and unlimited parking one block away.
