Description of the home
We like to keep it simple - so rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, subscriptions, cleaning supplies). 4 weeks bond.
🏠 The house: Lovely double wide terrace house with backyard, two living spaces, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget.
🛀 Bathrooms: Main bathroom is massive and has a bath, huge mirror, lots of storage space. There's an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry (which has a washer/dryer) and an ensuite attached to another bedroom - so we haven't had an issue with anyone waiting for a bathroom.
🌿 The backyard is lovely and private, it gets the morning sunshine and is a lovely place to have a coffee.
🛋️ There are two main living areas at opposite ends of the house which means you’re never on top of each other – someone can be cooking in the kitchen and chatting to someone chilling in the backroom, while someone watching TV in the front lounge.
👩🍳 Kitchen: we have every appliance you could possibly wish for and a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics.
🐈 We have two AMAZING cats – Muffin & Trifle. They've converted many a 'non-cat person' to be cat lovers. They also leave you alone a lot of the time. So, no need to worry about 3am zoomies.
🗺️ The area: You can walk to Newtown in 15-20 minutes. Broadway in about 10 minutes. Buses to the city are a two-minute walk from the front door. You can get everything delivered too - want curry at 3am? Go for it!
We're a fully stocked home. Picnic blanket - yep! Craft materials - go for your life! Snorkels/camping/hiking - we've got everything you need. Plus we’ve got furniture and a bed if you need!
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the home we’ve created – having a laugh and joking around, but also who is comfortable doing their own thing and making it a home.

We love our home so much and want someone friendly, chill, and easy-going who will love it just as much.
We’re all social people both at home and out, so being happy to give each other space after a big day/week, and be happy to get comfy, and mooch around each other is a must. We’re all 27yrs+ and have pretty independent lives from each other, but still like to come together for films, trivia, games, and outings.
