Description of the home

Room with HUGE walk-in wardrobe and balcony. $420 per week total (includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, internet, subscriptions). 4 weeks bond.

🛌 Your room: Queen size room with a built-in wardrobe and a balcony. Currently has a bed, desk, chest of drawers and a TV.

🏠 The house: Lovely double wide terrace house with backyard AND rooftop terrace.

🛀 Bathrooms: Main bathroom is massive and has a bath, huge mirror, lots of storage space. There's an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry (which has a washer/dryer) and an ensuite attached to another bedroom - so we haven't had an issue with anyone waiting for a bathroom.

🌿 The backyard is lovely and private, it gets the morning sunshine and is a lovely place to have a coffee.

🛋️ There are two main living areas at opposite ends of the house which means you’re never on top of each other – someone can be cooking in the kitchen and chatting to someone chilling in the backroom, while someone watching TV in the front lounge.

👩‍🍳 Kitchen: we have every appliance you could possible wish for and a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics.

🐈 We have two AMAZING cats – Muffin & Trifle. They've converted many a 'non-cat person' to be cat lovers. They also leave you alone a lot of the time. So, no need to worry about 3am zoomies.

🗺️ The area: You can walk to Newtown in 15-20 minutes. Broadway in about 10 minutes. Buses to the city are a two-minute walk from the front door. You can get everything delivered too - want curry at 3am? Go for it!

$385 per week total (includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, internet, + access to every subscription channel you can think of) + one month bond ($1,540). Plus we’ve got some furniture and a bed if you need!

We’ve curated a house of legends and have all been super happy living together for the past 1yr+.
🍁 Nikita: From Canada and works as a physiotherapist. Loves the gym, always out and about, Muffin (the cat) has a weird obsession with her shoes.
🌏 Polly: From Sydney, lived in the house for 6 years. Works in Marketing, spends time volunteer and exploring nature.
👑 Mia: Recently arrived from the UK and looking to make Sydney her base while exploring everything the city has to offer.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the home we’ve created – having a laugh and joking around, but also who is comfortable doing their own thing and making it a home.
