We are looking to rent the top floor of our 3 story house, so it will basically be your own apartment.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes, and great natural light.
The whole top floor is carpeted.
We live on the bottom floor, and we would share the middle floor. However, we do not go upstairs to your floor - as the whole floor is considered your own private space.

The house is a beauitful three story home, built by a Finnish family in the 70s; which is relfected in the wooden architecture and design.
The house backs onto Mount Ousley Ravine so it is very quiet and peaceful, as we are surrounded by nature.
We have great neighbours, that we have a friendly relationship with, as we have been tenants here for 3+ years.
Huge garage, PLENTY of storage, home gym, off street parking.
7-min drive to the beach
4-min drive to Fairy Meadow (Coles, Aldi, Woolies and only 2-min from Leisure Coast).
10-min drive to Wollongong CBD.
5-min drive to Uni/TAFE.

We have been together for 8+ years, recently engaged, and have been living at this residence for 4+ of those.
We love travelling, cooking, sociallising, live music, movies all the standard stuff :)
The place is huge, so we like to enjoy our space (bottom floor) as well as mingle with our roommates on the middle communal floor where the kitchen, laundry and main loungeroom is located (front entrance to house, is via middle floor).
We enjoy a family style meal from time-to-time, as well as an end of shit-work-week wine debrief.
We LOVE dogs, so should you, do not apply if you do not like dogs :)
